Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is carefully inspected before it is listed and is backed by our authenticity commitment.
How do you authenticate products?
We review construction, materials, hardware, markings, serial or date-code details, condition, and brand-specific characteristics.
Do you sell brand new items?
Our collection is primarily pre-loved and vintage. Any item that is unused or has original tags is clearly identified.
Can vintage items show signs of wear?
Yes. Age-related wear is expected. It is reflected in the condition rating, detailed notes, photographs, and price.
How do you grade the condition of items?
We use five conservative ratings: New with Tags or Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Fair. See our condition guide for definitions.
Do you clean the items before selling?
Items are handled with care. Any cleaning or restoration is disclosed where relevant; we avoid treatments that could alter original materials.
Can I request additional photos?
Yes. Contact us before purchase and we will provide additional details or photographs where possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard international delivery is generally 7–14 business days and express delivery is generally 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer tracked worldwide shipping to many destinations. Customs duties and taxes may apply.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and vary by country.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must remain in the same condition received, with tags and packaging intact.
Do you offer store credit?
Refund options and any store-credit offers are confirmed during the return process.
